SHIPPING POLICY
Prices in this website do not include shipping, handling, or insurance.
Total will be calculated at checkout and is only an estimate.
If the actual cost exceeds the estimated cost by more than twenty percent, the customer will be notified of this before shipping.
For oversized items, shipping quote may not be available on website, and buyer must contact Neophobia by phone or email.
Neophobia ships out merchandise usually within a week from confirmed payment.
We send merchandise with either Fed Ex or UPS, depending upon item size and final destination.
Extra-large items may require to be sent by freight.
In case of this, buyer will be quoted a price before merchandise shipped.
We have several freight companies we use to provide the best price.
We will try to work with our customer's deadline requirements, if stated, at time of order consummation.
For international shipping, customs and duty charges are the customers responsibility.
We always ship our merchandise from Neophobia with insurance.
We cannot be held responsible for merchandise left uninsured at the customers request.
We do not refund item purchase price for items damaged in shipping through no fault of our own, and leave any damage claims for buyer to handle.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL unless a trial period is specified by Neophobia only.
Once placed, an order may not be canceled or revoked by the buyer.
If for any reason buyer cancels a payment made by credit card or any other means without first receiving approval from Neophobia, buyer shall be liable for the full purchase price and any related costs including storage and handling fees if applicable.
Additionally, buyer shall be responsible for any costs associated with collecting any amount due to Neophobia including legal fees and costs related to currency fluctuations.
Layaways available only at discretion of Neophobia.
No refunds or exchanges allowed on layaways, and a non-refundable 20% deposit is required up front.
Neophobia offers a conditional money back period on our merchandise for 5 days from date of receipt of item by buyer ONLY if merchandise does not accurately reflect website description by Neophobia, and is returned in same condition by the shipper of our choosing.
The majority of the items on our website are listed as "excellent" or "very good" condition and once in awhile "as new" or "near mint".
We are very particular about the condition of our merchandise sold on the site and make every effort to disclose defects that we know to be of concern to collectors in any given area.
We usually refuse to sell items with major flaws or defects, and any "as-is" or "repair projects" offered for sale here are strictly labeled as such and priced accordingly.
If there are specific possible defects of major concern to you, please let us know in detail BEFORE purchase and we can address your specific questions.
We are sensitive to the fact that standards vary by individual.
